Radian Consultancy is an independent consultancy based in Shrewsbury, United Kingdom. This notice explains what happens to personal information when you visit this website or contact Radian.
Information you provide
If you contact Radian by email or through the website, the information you provide - such as your name, email address, organisation, service needs, timescale and project details - is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, provide requested services and keep appropriate business records.
Contact-form messages are delivered to Radian's configured business email recipients. An acknowledgement may be sent to the address you provide, with a copy of your message when that option is enabled. The website does not keep a separate message database or use your enquiry for marketing.
Website data
This website does not use advertising trackers, behavioural analytics or marketing cookies. The hosting provider may retain standard security and access logs, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page and time of access, to operate and protect the service.
To limit automated form abuse, the contact handler temporarily records recent submission times against a daily, one-way fingerprint derived from the visitor’s network address. It does not store the network address, contact details or message in that rate-limit record. Entries older than one hour are removed when the handler next runs.
When the contact form's spam check is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a request appears automated. Cloudflare receives technical browser and network information needed for this check. Radian sends Cloudflare the verification token, not your name, email address or enquiry text. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. You can contact Radian directly by email if you prefer not to use the form.
When acknowledgements are enabled, a one-way email-address fingerprint limits repeated replies for 10 minutes. Recent email status records contain only the time, message type and transport result, with no addresses or message content. Up to 50 status entries are visible for 30 days; expired control and status records are removed when their stores are next updated.
The owner-only email settings page uses an essential session cookie to manage sign-in. It is not used to track visitors to the public website.
How information is used
Information is used only where necessary to respond to enquiries, prepare or perform work, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and protect the website and its services. It is not sold or used for an automated sales sequence.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the business, such as email, hosting, accounting or professional advisers. Only the information needed for that purpose is shared. Enquiry emails and resulting business records are retained only for as long as they remain useful or legally required.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction, or raise a concern about its use. Some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.
